Design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions for Record-to-Report (R2R). Lead business development across multiple behavioral health locations: create and execute BD plans, identify and cultivate referral sources, hire and manage BD staff, analyze market trends and competitor activity, develop metrics and budgets, oversee marketing materials and community outreach, and collaborate with Assessment on referral tracking and outcomes.
