Lead and scale Blue J's SMB and Mid-Market sales organization, owning new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. Build repeatable GTM processes, hire and develop managers and reps, manage forecast and KPIs, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, CS, and Product. Participate in strategic deals and drive ARR, ACV, win rates, retention, and forecast accuracy.

Manage and grow relationships with Original Equipment (OE) customers, identify new business, serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, and ensure execution from quotation through launch. Travel across North America up to 50%.

Lead and execute applied research on law school access, affordability, and outcomes. Owns client-facing project coordination for Reality Capture projects: schedules and manages 40–50 concurrent projects, liaises between field, modeling, sales, and operations, troubleshoots issues, runs scan/model reviews, drives client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities while improving internal workflows.

Manage customer retention, drive product adoption and consumption, serve as strategic advisor, design/configure solutions, identify upsell opportunities, provide training and enablement, and collaborate with product/engineering to improve platform value.

Lead Greenfield and Brownfield customer network deployments and production migrations. Design and troubleshoot advanced routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF), implement firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco ASA), and build secure enterprise VPN and SD-WAN architectures. Participate in U.S.-aligned change windows and resolve complex escalations to minimize downtime.
