Provide technical leadership and mentoring, develop automation and CI/CD pipelines, integrate systems and reporting, drive standards and documentation, collaborate with InfoSec, and provide operational/on-call support to improve reliability and efficiency.

Act as a technical liaison during the sales cycle: demo products, perform architecture reviews, support deployment and troubleshooting, inform product roadmap, collaborate with sales/marketing, and build relationships with customers and partners while staying current on industry trends.
