Represent SERVPRO in the community to build relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners. Drive territory growth through networking, sales and marketing strategies, face-to-face meetings, events, and educational sessions while tracking activity in a CRM and collaborating with operations to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Underwrite and analyze commercial loans including leveraged loans, commercial lines, time notes, mortgages, and credit cards. Prepare presentations and recommendations for approval, manage leveraged loan portfolio and renewals, assist with policy review, reporting, training, and underwriting software support, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Lead end-to-end federal proposal and RFI development, ensuring compliance, quality, schedules and on-time submissions. Manage kickoff, reviews, desktop publishing, content repositories, and process improvements; coordinate cross-functional teams, integrate AI-enabled tools, conduct lessons learned, and support federal capture and business development objectives.

Manage and expand strategic construction and infrastructure accounts, driving multi-project adoption of EarthCam solutions. Develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, guide complex solution sales, maintain CRM forecasting, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead end-to-end Americas revenue operations: own forecasting, CRM health, territory and quota design, pipeline analytics, GTM process optimization, and cross-functional alignment to translate pipeline into predictable revenue.

Serve as the primary operational partner for a client, leading programme governance, cross-functional coordination, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, onboarding and continuous improvement to ensure aligned service delivery, operational readiness, and long-term client success.

Lead cost and inventory accounting for multiple manufacturing facilities, including cost methods, variance analysis, inventory reserves, monthly reporting, reconciliation, standard cost updates, physical inventory oversight, and support for audits and AOP planning. Improve costing systems and maintain internal controls.

Architect and design cloud-native network solutions for communications service providers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, integrate, and document software-based network functions on cloud infrastructure. Support solution delivery, compliance with LCA requirements, and work at specified Dallas-area work sites.

Identify, engage, and qualify contractors across home services through high-volume outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone). Book qualified meetings, conduct discovery, maintain CRM discipline, iterate on messaging and sequences, and hand off researched opportunities to AEs while helping refine the go-to-market playbook.

Lead direct engagement with Congress and the executive branch, design outreach strategy, deepen relationships with committees and offices, craft persuasive policymaker materials, lead briefings and hearing prep, monitor legislative and executive activity, mentor Partnerships and Influence staff, and rapidly respond to congressional and executive developments.
