Provide administrative and accounting support for Vertex Resource Services: full-cycle AR/AP, invoice preparation and submission, project setup in internal systems, budget monitoring, procurement, equipment tracking, onboarding support, and liaison with internal teams and corporate shared services.

Provide remote administrative, analytical, and technical support across the federal grants lifecycle (pre-award, award, post-award, monitoring, reporting) using eGMS and tracking systems. Conduct completeness reviews, prepare draft eligibility and budget analyses, support peer review panels, produce reports/dashboards, track compliance and reporting, process grant changes, assist with Section 508 materials, maintain audit-ready documentation, and protect sensitive PII in accordance with federal regulations (2 CFR 200).

Provide front-line administrative support including customer interaction, documentation updates, ordering supplies, inventory and fleet assistance, dispatch, equipment repair coordination, and damage report tracking.

Manage dealership financing and insurance sales by presenting protection products, securing lender financing, structuring profitable deals, ensuring regulatory compliance, processing contracts, performing post-sale audits, maintaining certifications, and coordinating with sales using a DocuPad paperless process.

Greet customers, assess needs, assist with vehicle selection, conduct test drives, negotiate pricing and financing, complete sales paperwork, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Work evenings and weekends as needed and collaborate with the dealership team.

Lead ideation and high-impact copywriting across channels, design structured content for AI-driven search, optimize content architecture (AEO), manage content workflows and projects using tools like Asana and WordPress, and leverage generative AI to scale production. Requires strong portfolio and 8+ years of content strategy and copywriting experience.

Manage import/export compliance, documentation, and customs processes. Maintain tariff classifications, coordinate with brokers, support duty refunds, analyze duty spend, partner with supply chain, ensure ITAR/EAR/OFAC compliance, and support audits and training.
