Build and run Brale's in-house accounting: manage daily cash, A/R billing and collections, A/P and vendor payments, run month-end close, perform reconciliations, document processes, and transition recurring work from external accountants.

Coordinate contracted commercial service work between vendors and franchise owners: set up accounts, review contracts and work orders, create invoices, handle billing, communicate with vendors and franchisees, maintain digital records, and provide reporting and customer service. Entry-level role with training provided.

Lead design and development of AI-driven document compliance services using VLMs and LLMs. Build prompt workflows, evaluation pipelines, Python/FastAPI AI services, optimize inference cost and performance, collaborate with product and domain SMEs, and drive architecture, mentoring, and production reliability for scalable AI platform capabilities.

Deliver virtual and on-site onboarding and periodic training for agent partners, drivers, and employees; maintain and improve training programs and materials; troubleshoot system issues; create video and written training content; conduct check-ins and support to drive adoption and partner success.

Perform and review complex accounting transactions, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Ensure US GAAP compliance, prepare financial reporting and analytics, support audits, maintain systems/interfaces, recommend process improvements, and participate in special projects while mentoring junior staff.

Lead development and management of maritime compliance programs ensuring adherence to USCG, EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulations. Coordinate audits and inspections, liaise with regulators and auditors, support environmental and safety management, deliver training, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and collaborate with operations, legal, and executive teams.
