The VP, Commercial Lender is responsible for building and managing a commercial loan portfolio, developing business relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on networking, business development, and credit management to support local businesses and enhance the bank's community presence.

Execute end-to-end marketing promotions for online gaming brands: prepare, run, test, and credit campaigns; coordinate assets; report performance; ensure regulatory compliance and terms & conditions; communicate with product, legal, support, and design; and optimize user experience and retention through personalized promotional programs.

Manage BDC operations and CRM to handle internet leads, inbound/outbound calling, appointment setting, coaching sales staff, tracking metrics, and driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Lead creative for paid media accounts: own design strategy, produce static ad suites, direct video creative, manage revision cycles and AI-assisted production workflows, quality-check contractor output, and maintain organized asset hygiene to drive measurable ad performance.

Lead integration and deployment of a spectral exploitation environment within the NSG TCPED enterprise. Translate mission requirements, perform systems integration, ensure interoperability with PED tools, plan architectures and traceability, support risk management and performance engineering, and enable image scientists to process, analyze, and exploit literal and non-literal datasets.

Lead UX strategy and design standards across Kids2's digital ecosystem. Develop journeys, IA, wireframes, and prototypes; champion usability, accessibility, analytics-driven optimization; manage and mentor a Senior Digital Designer and partner cross-functionally to deliver responsive, accessible digital experiences.
