Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 global employee IT support while administering macOS endpoints, identity platforms, SaaS applications, access workflows, and IT assets. Manages onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, office technology, vendors, security compliance evidence, and service improvements. Lead lifecycle acquisition and retention marketing programs across the customer journey, from strategy and segmentation through campaign execution, testing, QA, and reporting. Manage automated journeys, A/B testing roadmaps, customer journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration. Analyze campaign performance, communicate insights and ROI to stakeholders, and optimize engagement and revenue through behavior-driven communications.

Provides phone-based help desk support for patients, families, and community partners using a digital patient portal. Responsibilities include account access assistance, password resets, identity verification, platform navigation, de-escalation, and basic administrative IT support. The temporary 10–12-week role requires strong customer service, communication, empathy, patience, reliability, and comfort using computers. Training occurs onsite in Stillwater, Minnesota, followed by fully remote work.
