Provides L1/L2 helpdesk support, manages Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, mailboxes, security groups, and user accounts. Deploys and troubleshoots computers, peripherals, printers, copiers, and VoIP phones. Maintains OS images, hardware inventory, software licenses, and asset records using Snipe-IT or equivalent. Tracks tickets in Freshdesk, supports vendors and office expansions, and escalates issues beyond L2 scope.

Provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational development, performance management, training, engagement, and culture. Partners with executive leadership on workforce strategy, succession planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Oversees HR operations, workforce metrics, recruitment and retention initiatives, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Support and expand the DNC's Leadership Circle fundraising program through donor prospecting and cultivation (7 hours cold calling/week), donor communications, managing records in NGP VAN, processing acknowledgments, organizing virtual fundraisers, tracking bundlers and ActBlue pages, conducting donor research, and assisting with outreach operations and special development projects.

Manages used-car sales staff, sales targets, customer service, training, recruiting, performance standards, inventory stocking, and pricing. The role requires a proven sales management record, strong closing and communication skills, CRM proficiency, customer engagement, organization, resilience under pressure, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
