Partner with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, manage ATS (Greenhouse) super-user support, run campus and job-fair outreach, track recruitment metrics, use Gen AI to improve productivity, and ensure inclusive candidate experience while aligning offers with compensation frameworks.

Lead and develop product engineering teams to drive product development from RFQ through production launch. Establish standardized engineering processes (DFMEA, DVP&R, ECN), support DFM/DFA and value engineering, partner with cross-functional groups, manage budgets and staffing, and drive continuous improvement, automation, AI, and digital engineering initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality program launches.

Represent AIUS at onsite and virtual corporate engagement events, drive student growth for assigned accounts, track and optimize marketing efforts, build client relationships, maintain Salesforce records, promote webinars/workshops, and travel extensively (up to 80%).

Identify, research, and engage mid-market brands via outbound and inbound outreach to generate qualified meetings. Run multi-touch campaigns, qualify MQLs, book discovery calls, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, manage sequences in Apollo/Outreach, and collaborate with Account Executives while staying current on digital analytics and martech trends.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media (search, social, display, video, affiliate). Manage agencies and team members, own paid media budget and finance reconciliation, maintain marketing data infrastructure and attribution, drive creative testing and experimentation, and deliver executive performance reporting to align media with business goals.

Coordinate end-to-end sourcing, ordering, production, and delivery of personalized swag. Manage vendor proofs, approvals, shipping dates, tracking, customs paperwork, billing, and customer updates while supporting proposals and meeting SLAs under the Project Lead.

Lead design and execution of global total rewards strategy, including merit and bonus planning, job architecture, pay structures, executive compensation, analytics and Workday/Excel-based reporting. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness, financial discipline, governance and alignment to talent and business priorities.
