Own pipeline health, data quality, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions while partnering with engineering teams. As the founding data hire, set standards, deliver early value, and help recruit and lead the future data function.

Coordinate HR services for offshore rig personnel, including crew rotations, mobilization, travel, visas, payroll, benefits, personnel records, HRIS updates, employee relations, inductions, recruitment support, and certification compliance. Support rig managers with staffing, disciplinary matters, audits, emergency response, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate workforce reporting and ensure offshore personnel remain properly certified, medically cleared, and fully staffed.
