Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, partner relationship management, co-selling, pipeline reviews, joint go-to-market planning, executive engagement, proposal scoping, negotiations, and closing consulting statements of work. The role also requires building an enterprise decision-maker network and collaborating with delivery, architecture, leadership, and marketing teams.

Manages corporate, franchise, and store accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial statements, month-end and year-end close, multi-state tax filings, and audits. Supervises the accounting team, supports franchisees and vendors, resolves billing and collection issues, manages insurance coverage, maintains accounting systems, identifies financial risks, and provides reporting and guidance to senior leadership.
