Owns end-to-end inventory and material flow, including receiving, storage, kitting, production issuance, stockroom standards, cycle counting, logistics, and hardware shipping. Supports procurement and planning by generating purchase orders, sourcing quotes, monitoring suppliers, and prioritizing materials using BOMs, inventory, lead times, and schedules. Manages the County’s GIS operations, enterprise GIS environment, geospatial data standards, databases, services, web applications, dashboards, and spatial analysis. Coordinates GIS projects across departments and external partners, supports NG911 addressing and data compliance, develops Python scripts and web tools, and provides technical leadership, training, and helpdesk assistance. The role also contributes to strategic GIS planning and regional and state coordination.

The Support Engineer resolves technical issues, manages customer inquiries, delivers software upgrades, and maintains service level agreements. They provide exceptional customer service and improve internal processes.
