This position serves as the team’s subject-matter expert for Monday.com, AI-enabled workflows, and connected marketing systems. The specialist advises Marketing & Communications leadership on process, technology, workload, and operational risks; recommends and implements improvements; and determines how approved business requirements should be translated into scalable workflows. The role operates within established brand, legal, security, financial, and communications guardrails, escalating high-risk matters while exercising independent judgment over day-to-day marketing operations.
What You Will Do:
Workflow Strategy and Governance
- Design and govern the intake, prioritization, assignment, approval, and tracking processes used across Marketing & Communications.
- Independently evaluate incoming requests against business priorities, capacity, dependencies, and deadlines; establish work plans and resolve routine priority conflicts without requiring leadership escalation.
- Establish and enforce standards for Monday.com board architecture, ownership, statuses, dependencies, automations, dashboards, reporting, and records.
- Analyze workload, deadlines, bottlenecks, and process failures; recommend resource or priority changes to leadership and implement approved operating-model improvements.
- Determine when workflows should be standardized, automated, consolidated, redesigned, or retired.
AI, Automation and Marketing Technology
- Own the functional design and continuous improvement of AI-enabled and automated workflows across social media, content, website, events, reporting, monitoring, and team operations.
- Evaluate potential use cases, compare solution options, define business requirements and controls, and determine the appropriate workflow design within approved technology and security standards.
- Oversee workflow testing and production readiness; identify failures, assess business impact, and determine corrective action or when a workflow should be paused.
- Establish human-review, source-validation, permission, audit-trail, and exception-handling requirements for AI-enabled processes.
- Serve as the Marketing & Communications subject-matter expert for Monday.com and connected platforms, providing recommendations to leadership on tools, integrations, permissions, and process investments.
- Establish adoption standards and train employees on approved systems, AI tools, workflows, and operating practices.
Social Operations and Governance
- Own the operating model for AI-enabled social-media intake, drafting, channel adaptation, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, reporting, and workflow documentation.
- Determine whether social items follow automated or manual publishing paths based on tagging, platform, source, permissions, timing, and other workflow requirements.
- Apply approved moderation standards to classify comments and direct messages, independently resolve routine matters, and escalate legal, reputational, employee, privacy, or other material risks.
- Monitor workflow performance and recurring audience themes; recommend changes to publishing, moderation, monitoring, and response practices.
- Maintain appropriate human review and approval controls while ensuring approved content moves efficiently from request through publication.
Information and Operational Governance
- Establish standards for the organization, ownership, accessibility, security, retention, and lifecycle management of marketing information, assets, systems, and documentation.
- Conduct operational audits, assess risks and gaps, assign corrective actions, and verify resolution.
- Develop operating procedures and decision frameworks that allow the team to execute consistently without unnecessary leadership intervention.
- Advise marketing leadership on access, platform ownership, subscription, workflow, and business-continuity risks.
- Oversee vendor, purchase-order, invoice, subscription, inventory, shipping, and company-store processes, improving or automating them where practical.
- Resolve exceptions, investigate process failures, and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders when established workflows do not produce the required result.
- Maintain sufficient operational visibility and documentation to support continuity, compliance, accurate records, and effective handoffs.
Minimum Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, business operations, marketing technology, or a similar systems-oriented role.

· Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve real workflows.
· Experience building or maintaining automations, integrations, agents, templates, dashboards, or no-code/low-code processes.
· Working knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Copilot, Claude, Power Automate, or comparable tools.
· Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly, troubleshoot logically, test solutions, and ask precise questions when requirements are unclear.

Preferred Experience
· Experience supporting a global or multi-region marketing team.
· Experience with procurement, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing, inventory, marketing budget administration, or company-store operations.
· Experience connecting project management platforms with marketing, content, social, website, or enterprise systems.
