Extract insights from the Founder, turn them into ghostwritten posts and video scripts, direct creative production, and manage videography, design, and editing teams. Track engagement, audience growth, and pipeline attribution to refine content formats and performance. The role combines strategic planning, writing, editing, founder collaboration, creative direction, and data-informed iteration.

Leads billing and revenue accounting, including revenue recognition under ASC 606, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, sales rebates, client onboarding, and month-end close. Manages and develops the billing team, resolves customer escalations, coordinates cross-functional onboarding with Sales, Legal, People & Culture, and IT, and improves NetSuite billing and reporting workflows. This is a client-facing hybrid role requiring four days weekly at the Westlake Village headquarters.

Analyze and optimize growth channels through CAC, funnel, retention, cohort, and unit economics modeling. Monitor campaigns, design experiments, launch new channels and markets, improve analytics systems, and create scalable playbooks. Partner with clinical operations, product, legal, agencies, and provider partnership teams to expand access to healthcare for Medicare beneficiaries.

Own outbound sourcing strategy across open roles, building passive-candidate pipelines from scratch through Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and personalized outreach. Conduct candidate conversations, evaluate initial fit, and partner with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy. Manage searches end-to-end, adapt sourcing approaches, and represent Zocks to prospective candidates.

Own enterprise new-logo acquisition and expansion while personally closing complex, high-value deals and carrying an individual quota. Hire, coach, and develop Enterprise AEs and SDRs; establish forecasting, pipeline, conversion, and sales operating cadences. Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance, while presenting performance and strategic recommendations to executives and the board.

Generate qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Research accounts, engage executives, schedule meetings for AEs, support ABM and events, maintain CRM activity, collaborate with marketing, sales, partners, and report on pipeline and outreach performance.

Own product marketing content strategy and production for a technical, B2B, sales-led AI platform. Create developer-focused product stories, technical articles, case studies, comparison pages, launch materials, and sales enablement content. Translate complex APIs, models, architecture, and customer outcomes into clear narratives. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customers to support evaluations, improve messaging, identify market insights, and optimize content based on engagement and pipeline impact.

Provides onsite desktop and IT support by diagnosing hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and Mac endpoints, deploying and maintaining devices, managing software licensing and inventory, documenting solutions, resolving service tickets, coordinating with vendors, and assisting users remotely or in person. The role requires three years of desktop support experience, after-hours on-call participation, and strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, SCCM, and desktop operating systems.

Build and own CRM features and workflow automations supporting sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. Develop full-stack functionality using Next.js, FastAPI, Inngest, and related technologies; partner with teams to automate workflows; create agentic solutions for enrichment and task automation; and manage features from planning through monitoring and refinement. The role requires strong web development expertise, product sense, autonomy, communication, and experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks and orchestration tools.
