Lead regional compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action for Southwest facilities to ensure adherence to licensing, state regulations, PREA and CARF standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, provide technical assistance, mitigate vulnerabilities, and support management to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance across juvenile placement sites.

Sell vehicles via internet and in-person interactions: answer product questions, conduct test drives, negotiate sales, complete documentation, maintain follow-up for repeat/referral business, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

In-office role based in Plano, TX with heavy partner-facing Zoom interaction.
