About the Role

The Business Consultant (BC) is responsible for closing the partners that move the company. This role runs the 45-minute Activation Consult for Asher Health's highest-leverage partners, including gym owners with 100 or more active clients, med spas, and practitioners with 2,000 or more list members. The consult is not a pitch; it is a working session where you understand the partner business, build the right strategy live on the call, and close the trial before the call ends with card on file, completed intake, and booked onboarding. After activation, you remain the assigned BC for the next 30 days, coaching the partner toward a healthy fulfilled order count.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter. You bring solutions instead of just surfacing problems, own outcomes fully, and run your book of partners with clarity and care. You are organized under pressure, direct and coachable, and comfortable getting your hands dirty in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Activation Consults
Run 4 to 6 Activation Consults per day at full ramp.

Use the Partner Pricing Calculator live on the call to build the package.

Close on the call, securing card on file, completed intake, and booked onboarding.

Be the partner-facing voice of Asher on every consult, every check-in, and every escalation.

Partner Coaching & Ownership
Coach the partner across Day 0 to Day 30 with check-ins at Day 3, 7, 14, 21, and 30.

Coach partners toward a healthy fulfilled order count through the most fragile window of the partner lifecycle.

Maintain a documented next touch in GoHighLevel for every active partner so no partner goes silent on your watch.

Surface blocked partners to Partner Success and the Sales Manager inside 24 hours.

Pipeline Development
Source outbound pipeline through partner referrals, your own network, conference follow-up, and LinkedIn when inbound runs thin.

Build pipeline proactively rather than waiting for the next lead to be handed to you.

Pipeline Hygiene
Log every consult and touchpoint in GoHighLevel, including sentiment, objection, package, and next step.

Log every consult within four hours and keep zero ghost deals in pipeline.

Deal Review & Coaching
Run weekly deal review with the Sales Manager on every open consult and every Day 30 partner.

Set the energy on the floor every single day.

Performance Expectations

Hit Strong tier (28 activations per month, 14 Day 30 hits) by month four.

Maintain an Activation Consult show rate of 80% or higher.

Achieve a close rate of 50% or higher on consults that show, with cards on file at the end of the call.

Reach a Day 30 activation rate of 50% or higher of activated partners hitting a healthy fulfilled order count.

Generate 25% or higher outbound-sourced activations by month four.

Log every consult within four hours with full context and keep zero ghost deals in pipeline.

Surface one specific, observable improvement to your consult per month, such as objection handling, package framing, or follow-up cadence.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years in consultative closing or high-ticket B2B sales, ideally with a 30 to 60-minute consult cycle.

  • Has personally carried and hit a quota at $80K or higher OTE.

  • Lives in DFW or willing to relocate now. This is an in-office role five days a week in Plano.

  • Fluent in business math, including margin, package math, and partner ROI.

  • Fluent in GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close).

  • Comfortable on a 45-minute consultative call, not a transactional one-call pitch.

  • Able to hold a partner relationship through Day 30, not a one-call-close-and-walk-away role.

  • Comfortable on camera and on Zoom in front of large-list partners.

  • Coachable by a Sales Manager and a Chief Strategy Officer who will sit in on your consults and ask the hard questions.

Preferred Experience

  • Health, wellness, GLP-1, peptide, telehealth, chiropractic, or pharmacy sales background.

  • Has sold to gym owners, med spas, or wellness practitioners.

  • Has built personal outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, network, or a referral motion.

  • Coaching or consulting background outside sales, such as CrossFit, fitness, nutrition, or business.

Compensation Range

  • On-Target Earnings: $125,000 – $225,000 (uncapped, performance-driven)

  • Structure: $45,000 base + per inbound activation / per outbound activation + tiered Day 30 production bonus (Gross $125 to $2,800 per partner based on fulfilled order count at Day 30)
