Operate as the company's first BizOps hire to analyze and clean data, identify operational gaps, manage cross-functional projects (e.g., ISO/SOC), roll out processes and tools, train teams, manage vendors, and support the CEO to improve strategic execution and KPI-driven decision making.

Lead preparation and coordination of SEC filings (S-1, 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), draft footnotes and MD&A, support IPO readiness and SOX controls, research technical accounting, partner cross-functionally, manage reporting timelines, and drive scalable reporting processes for a clinical-stage biotech.

The role involves architecting and implementing development frameworks for game features, collaborating with teams, and maintaining implementation schedules.

Manage tax engagements including compliance, projections, responses to tax notices, client communication, review of tax returns and workpapers, supervise staff, mentor team members, and stay current on tax law.

Lead enterprise clients to improve AI search visibility through analysis, custom GEO playbooks, C-suite presentations, prompt testing, monthly reporting, and cross-functional product collaboration to drive platform adoption and measurable visibility gains.

Lead and perform company and complex securities valuations: build detailed financial models, analyze historical and projected financials, manage junior staff, use Excel and platforms (Capital IQ, Bloomberg), apply option-pricing/Monte Carlo techniques, produce client-ready reports, meet deadlines, and support business development.

Support, maintain, and help design secure on‑campus, consortium, and cloud high‑performance and research computing environments. Advise faculty and users, automate administration with scripting, coordinate with external cyberinfrastructure providers, and keep systems patched and documented.
