Lead technical improvements and transfers for high-volume production lines to improve equipment reliability, product quality, changeover time, safety, and cost reduction; develop procedures and training; support projects to meet departmental objectives.

Serve as the Finance/Actuarial Technical Product Owner to translate business strategy into prioritized roadmaps and actionable backlogs. Lead execution of the global investor relations program: develop messaging, maintain analyst/ownership models, produce earnings materials and IR publications, manage investor outreach and conferences, coordinate earnings logistics and IR vendors, provide Wall Street feedback to management and support shareholder-related decisions.

Manage ~20 concurrent enterprise onboarding implementations from kickoff to go-live. Scope engagements, run persona-based product training, build stakeholder relationships, track adoption metrics, triage portfolio priorities, coordinate with Solutions Architects for ERP integrations, and synthesize customer feedback using AI-assisted tools to reduce churn and inform product.

Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and forums. Troubleshoot software, hardware, installation, and configuration issues; document interactions in the CRM; escalate complex issues; create and maintain knowledge-base articles; collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve problems and recommend product improvements.

Edit, synthesize, organize, and write archival materials, research data, interviews, and a draft manuscript into a cohesive, publication-ready institutional history. Collaborate with Institute leadership, Communications, and senior investigators to ensure accuracy and narrative coherence. Deliver work according to agreed project milestones and deliverables.
