Provide actuarial leadership, set technical direction, and ensure regulatory and professional standards are met.

Develop and scale core product infrastructure, focusing on APIs and real-time video processing while facilitating customer interactions and support.

Work with customers and teams to analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate in full SDLC: design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications. Contribute to architecture, performance monitoring, and integration. Apply systems analysis and development methodologies and may mentor junior staff.

Own end-to-end implementation lifecycles for government agency clients of a SaaS platform: translate SOWs into project plans, manage milestones, coordinate data/environment readiness, liaise with Sales, Engineering, Data Science and GIS, enforce quality gates, and drive client launch and handoff.
