Manages complex engineering, construction, commercial, employment, and other litigation matters from dispute resolution through trial and post-trial proceedings. Oversees outside counsel, case strategy, budgets, discovery, investigations, litigation holds, subpoenas, insurance coordination, and legal documentation. Advises the company on employment obligations, HR policies, OSHA matters, regulatory compliance, and legal risks while delivering practical business-oriented guidance.

Represent clients in complex public benefits matters (e.g., SSDI, SNAP, Medicaid), conduct written and oral advocacy before local and federal tribunals, perform community outreach, engage in systemic policy advocacy and litigation, and mentor or co-counsel with less experienced attorneys and volunteers.

Produce daily EWTN News Nightly segments covering national and international events through a Catholic lens. Responsibilities include researching topics and guests, writing and editing scripts, developing story ideas, preparing discussion questions, selecting broadcast media, coordinating with newsroom and control room teams, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting English- and Spanish-language programming. The role requires strong editorial judgment, bilingual English-Spanish fluency, broadcast newsroom experience, and flexibility for occasional nights and weekends.
