Partner with business and finance teams to manage revenue lifecycle for publishing/media brands: budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, AR collections, month-end close, and financial reporting. Monitor budgets and variances, review contracts/SOWs/POs, support staffing and headcount planning, perform ad hoc profitability and staffing analyses, and communicate insights to stakeholders to improve commercial and operational financial performance.

Lead end-to-end commercial workplace design projects, manage senior client relationships, drive pitches and RFPs, mentor design teams, champion studio best practices and sustainability, manage design risks and collaborate across sales, preconstruction, and delivery to deliver technically excellent, innovative workplace solutions.

Provide onsite and remote technical support across lodging, retail, and F&B locations. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, POS and property management systems, network devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot network connectivity and software issues, manage inventory and repairs, create documentation and training, and support IT projects and security measures to minimize downtime.

Lead mechanical capital projects for steel fabrication plants: design mechanical systems, specify and procure equipment, manage budgets/timelines, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, oversee installations, improve processes, and maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance and safety.

Develop and execute PR and communications materials and campaigns, including press releases, website and social media updates, event promotion, and internal/external publications to promote the organization’s brand and messaging.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding: source, screen, interview, verify eligibility, process paperwork and background checks, extend offers, analyze hiring metrics, develop recruiting policies and strategies, and maintain relationships with agencies and job boards to ensure positive new-hire experiences.

Lead and build a Tier 1 global helpdesk for Paratext, managing a small team to triage, route, and resolve tool-level support for PT9, PT10 and the Paratext Registry. Coordinate with engineering, product, and Tier 2 partners, track support patterns, and maintain accountable response times while supporting a distributed user base.

Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and staff across multiple residential developments. Serve as liaison to owners/investors, ensure compliance, control budgets, supervise hiring/training, oversee maintenance and vendor contracts, and produce timely reports. Conduct regular site visits, resolve resident issues, and support lease-ups.
