Serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and guests. Answers and directs incoming calls, distributes mail, manages correspondence, responds to questions, assists residents at the front desk, and performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and organization. Requires professional presentation, flexible availability, computer proficiency, and dedication to supporting elderly residents.

Supports daily network infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments. Identify growth opportunities, diagnose issues using program data, and lead initiatives that improve utilization and partnership outcomes. Clinical expertise as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or related healthcare professional is required.

Manages supplier performance and compliance for on-time delivery, order confirmations, and advance shipping notices. Reviews performance data, conducts root cause analysis, coaches suppliers, and implements improvement plans. Acts as a liaison between suppliers, Purchasing, and Parts teams to resolve delays, sourcing issues, and match exceptions. Tracks improvement progress, coordinates continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains cross-functional communication. Some holiday and weekend coverage is required.

Handles inbound and outbound calls for residential HVAC and plumbing services, identifies customer needs, books qualified service appointments, manages objections, and maintains accurate CRM records. The specialist supports dispatch handoffs, lead tracking, routing across locations, and high-volume service levels while following scripts and procedures. The role also participates in coaching, call reviews, training, and performance development.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, prepares payments, reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor records, and supports month-end close and 1099 reporting. The role also reviews expense reimbursements, performs general ledger research, follows internal controls, and responds to vendor and internal department inquiries while protecting confidential financial information.

Supports safe, efficient extrusion manufacturing through process troubleshooting, root cause investigations, SOP development, quality improvement, equipment optimization, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with R&D, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering teams to scale new products, support capital projects, improve reliability, reduce material and energy costs, and maintain environmental and safety compliance. Provides technical guidance and training to production staff.

Provides inbound phone support to providers and collection staff regarding claim status. Explains billing processes and timing, coordinates with internal departments to resolve inquiries, meets customer service and quality standards, maintains agent availability goals, follows procedures, identifies system or process issues, and completes assigned tasks.

Leads product and UX design strategy across web and mobile products, owns the design system, identifies and prioritizes UX improvements, and partners with Product and Engineering. Supervises, mentors, and develops a small product design team while conducting research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design. Engages customers and Operations staff, contributes to product planning, establishes design standards, guides AI-assisted design practices, and reviews complex or high-visibility work.
