Contract SQL Developer positions (W2) for AZ, MN, and NC. Posting provides no specific responsibilities or technical requirements beyond the SQL developer title.

Lead mechanical design and new product development for boat systems ensuring compliance with USCG and ABYC standards. Maintain PDM and service documentation, support production and customer service, validate product changes, train production staff, and test/troubleshoot boats on the water to ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability.

Manage plant accounting and financial operations including GAAP-compliant month and year-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost and inventory control, internal controls and audits, financial analysis to support strategic decisions, and lead finance teams/projects within a manufacturing environment.

Drive outbound and inbound lead generation, qualify prospects, and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Engage technically with prospects, build relationships, and expand market reach for photonics test & measurement products. Collaborate with engineers and application scientists to convert leads and accelerate adoption.

Lead preparation and distribution of GAAP financial statements, manage general ledger and reconciliations, support financial reporting, audits, and ERP transitions, and handle acquisition accounting tasks including due diligence, PPA, business combinations, and integration.

Sell retail vehicles by meeting customers, guiding them to the right vehicle, and closing sales. Provide excellent customer service, use dealership systems (CDK/VinSolutions), maintain professional appearance and driving eligibility, attend training, and work scheduled shifts including Saturdays.

Own technical execution to launch and operate a local commerce marketplace: complete Shopify connector, validate Stripe Connect payment flows, onboard first stores, respond to production issues, and then harden and scale the Node.js/TypeScript backend and React Native mobile apps.

Support creative and web/design projects across marketing and UI tasks. Propose and execute design concepts, multitask on urgent requests, and contribute to campaign, branding, and product visuals. Submit portfolio and optional design challenge.

Manage and scale centralized accounting operations for a multi-location dealership region. Own enterprise accounting processes, define SOPs and controls, monitor store execution, establish KPIs, drive continuous improvement and automation, support audit readiness, and partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and train staff.

Handle inbound leads from nonprofits, prequalify prospects via phone and email, schedule demos, track activity in HubSpot, meet monthly prospecting targets, forecast weekly, and relay feedback to sales/marketing leadership.
