Lead enterprise business development for Integrated Health Solutions (EAP), driving full sales cycle activities including new business, RFPs, broker partnerships, and account expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, present at events, refine territory strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets and participate in quarterly performance reviews.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for cardio products (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, consoles, connected solutions). Oversee all HR functions for a skilled nursing/long-term care facility: recruit using an ATS, run onboarding and benefits enrollment, manage leaves (FMLA), ensure labor law compliance, and support interdepartmental HR activities.
