The EHS Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, conduct audits, provide training, and support regulatory compliance efforts. This position also involves leading safety initiatives and collaborating with teams to foster a strong safety culture.

Own technical success for enterprise integrations: drive POC to production, embed with customer engineering teams to integrate detection across APIs, pipelines, and real-time streams, build repeatable integration kits (reference architectures, Helm charts, sample apps), use GenAI to accelerate code/docs, debug Linux/on‑prem environments, and advocate product improvements to engineering and product teams.

Own and maintain Autodesk Inventor 3D models and 2D drawings; produce fabrication, assembly, and field drawing packages; manage part libraries, BOMs, and revisions; collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers; translate concepts into manufacturable designs and resolve shop-floor issues in real time.

Lead architecture and delivery of production-critical software for automation, vision inspection, and operational intelligence. Define technical direction, build scalable systems and integrations with PLCs/SCADA/vision hardware, mentor engineers, and support dashboards, monitoring, and machine intelligence initiatives to improve manufacturing quality and visibility.

Process semi-monthly payroll, reconcile payroll to ledger and bank statements, maintain employee records and HRIS data, support onboarding, recruitment, compliance, benefits and reporting, assist audits and HR projects, and provide payroll/employment support to employees and management.
