Oversee customer-facing knowledge resources, mentor a Technical Writer, and improve internal documentation processes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to support product launches, measure learning effectiveness, and drive customer adoption and success.

Own Meter’s wireless product line end-to-end across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud management. Define the wireless roadmap, build a proactive observability platform, and deliver optimization features such as automatic channel and power management, roaming, client steering, and interference mitigation. Partner with wireless engineering, support, sales engineering, marketing, and operations to translate customer needs into specifications, documentation, and revenue opportunities in radio resource management, localization, and IoT.

Supports the Idaho advocacy committee during the legislative session by tracking bills related to MWEG’s advocacy priorities, assisting advocacy processes, and promoting organizational positions in collaboration with state leadership.
