Directs hospital materials and supply chain operations, including inventory control, regulatory compliance, budgeting, workforce leadership, vendor coordination, quality improvement, and service delivery. Develops policies, oversees department leaders, monitors performance metrics, manages budgets and variance reporting, and implements strategies to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, safety, and compliance with hospital accreditation and regulatory standards.

Own product operations across launches, clinical enablement, roadmap coordination, feedback workflows, release tracking, documentation, and outcome measurement. Build and independently manage the company’s marketing function, including brand positioning, original content, SEO and AEO, lead generation, digital campaigns, events, website strategy, analytics, reporting, budgeting, and vendor management. Partner with sales and leadership to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, while targeting IT decision-makers in regulated industries.

Develop and maintain Java and Angular applications, RESTful APIs, service integrations, and database components. Support Spring Boot and database modernization, microservices, containerization, Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Provide backup administration for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB while supporting cloud and on-premises environments.
