Partner with leaders and employees to investigate and resolve workplace issues, advise on performance management and policy compliance, develop corrective/preventative plans and training, maintain confidential documentation, and support engagement surveys and HR leadership recommendations to promote a fair, safe, and high-performing work environment.

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, board liaison, preparing presentations and materials, recordkeeping, project coordination, event support, and expense management while handling confidential information.

Provides position classification and position management support across the agency: creates position descriptions and supporting PD documents, develops classification policy, adjudicates classification appeals and accretion requests, reviews OPM classification standards, and advises management on workforce planning, repositioning, and reshaping.
