Manages accounting and finance activities for insurance program onboarding, including partner due diligence, financial system setup, bank accounts, data feeds, program documentation, and monthly close coordination. Manage approximately 300 commercial property and casualty insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, policy changes, and client documentation. Build long-term client relationships, market new and renewal business with multiple carriers, prepare proposals, communicate with underwriters, and support producers with onboarding and retention. The role requires strong organization, customer service, insurance servicing, and agency management system experience.

Owns a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs spanning product development, operations, customers, and company initiatives. Responsibilities include developing charters and business cases, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and scope changes, coordinating engineering and business functions, communicating with customers and senior stakeholders, recovering delayed schedules, mentoring program managers, and improving project management processes and tools.

Develop and lead retention and lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty channels.
