Lead and build the company's sourcing, procurement, and logistics organization. Serve as primary employee relations advisor for a multi-state healthcare organization: lead investigations, advise on performance management and terminations, maintain policies and handbook, ensure multi-state compliance, coach leaders, support M&A integrations, and drive consistent, defensible people practices while traveling regionally up to 20%.

Manage the full contract lifecycle: coordinate reviews and approvals, liaise with external counsel, track versions and contract records, maintain templates, provide stakeholder training, and review counsel invoices.

Manage and govern strategic vendor and payment network relationships, negotiate and own multi-million-dollar contracts, monitor SLAs and performance, drive corrective actions and process improvements, collaborate with executives and internal stakeholders, and identify strategic opportunities to maximize value for Velera and its member credit unions.
