Provides routine administrative and operational support in the Richfield office including mail and scanning, supply procurement, meeting/event scheduling and setup, visitor reception, call routing, data entry and basic record auditing, coordinating tech/hardware requests, and supporting special projects.

Define requirements, partner with engineering and design, and build systems to improve matching, liquidity, and operational efficiency. Use data and on-site customer research to drive decisions, launch and iterate products, and design internal tools for scaling operations across regions and customers.

Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for on-vehicle and off-vehicle data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs. Own feature definition, cross-functional synthesis, developer and field collaboration, demos, documentation, and occasional customer-site integrations to drive adoption and operational outcomes.

Provide sales support to Account Executives and Account Managers in a fast-paced OOH media environment: prepare contracts, proposals, media plans, targeting maps, presentations, handle invoicing/billing inquiries, manage inventory and pre-sale contract lifecycle, communicate with clients and internal teams, and help improve sales processes.

Lead creative development and production for brand, content, advertising, subscription, and events marketing. Manage an in-house design team and external partners, create integrated multi-channel campaigns, establish brand guidelines, optimize workflows, and use data to inform creative decisions across digital, social, email, print, and experiential channels.
