Lead national foodservice sales strategy across institutional, distribution, and enterprise channels. Drive enterprise account development, contract negotiations, channel partnerships, product launches, pricing, forecasting, and CRM-driven revenue reporting. Mentor and manage the foodservice sales manager, define KPIs, track margin and profitability, and travel up to 50% to support growth.

Review customer sales tax exemption forms for completeness, follow up on incomplete forms, file forms electronically, complete exemption setup in the system within 5-7 days, and communicate with customers and store personnel as needed. May perform other assigned duties.

Lead GTM strategy and execution for buy-side enterprise sales, personally close deals using an existing buy-side network, build and lead a small senior AE team, own pricing/packaging and commercial negotiations, shape product positioning for buy-side buyers, and create sales playbooks and enablement.

Provide Tier 2/3 infrastructure support and Azure IaaS administration, manage LAN/WAN networking, backup and disaster recovery, support branch office deployments, assist Solutions Architect with cloud implementations, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotation and local travel for branch technology needs.

Lead design and operate enterprise Ansible automation for provisioning, configuration, CI/CD/GitOps integration, secrets and compliance automation. Drive platform strategy, standards, observability, SBOM/SCA practices, mentor teams, resolve complex platform issues, and enable self-service automation across infrastructure and application teams.

Serve as primary client contact for employer partners, managing a portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Advocate client needs internally, lead renewals and upsell initiatives, mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional engagement programs, leverage data to report on KPIs, and support strategic product and client initiatives. Occasional travel (~15%) required.

Review applications and product changes before release to ensure compliance and quality. Validate and document findings, provide actionable feedback to engineering and operations, verify fixes, maintain review documentation, and improve internal review processes to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.

Provide in-person executive and personal support to a founder, managing calendar, travel, household vendors, errands, health logistics, document organization, and occasional creative project assistance. Anticipate needs, prepare briefings, coordinate meetings and travel, and maintain discretion while partnering with the Chief of Staff to keep priorities moving forward.

Own and build GTM systems and automations across HubSpot, Clay, and partner integrations. Design quote-to-cash flows, maintain AWS co-sell pipeline, create multi-system workflows, ensure data quality and reporting, prototype and iterate GTM infrastructure, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership.

Manage configuration control for IR&D projects, maintain baselines and documentation, coordinate engineering change notices, ensure compliance with company configuration management processes, and support cross-functional stakeholders.
