Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support our growing Talent Management team. This position is critical to managing daily operations of a talent management department, including campaign management, invoicing, and communication with creators and brand clients. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders and grow into a Talent Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Support our highest-performing Talent Managers on campaign execution from start to finish, handling daily back and forth with brands, agencies, and creators.
Conduct market research and scouting for new creator and brand partnerships.
Support on various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers – must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators.
Handle invoicing and ensure payments are received by coordinating with our accounting team.
Participate in client calls to learn, gain insights and absorb information from experienced managers.
Manage campaigns and update records through our CRM, ensuring all contracts, payment info, and campaign details are captured.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varying demands with high attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
A passionate follower of the creator economy, with an understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.
