Provide on-site network operations, maintenance, and administration for NIPRNet/SIPRNet; monitor and maintain Juniper/Cisco hardware; implement DISA STIGs and COMSEC controls; troubleshoot data lines and fiber, configure firewalls and REMEDY accounts, install and maintain network/cabling infrastructure, and support 24/7 mission-essential operations at a government facility.

Prepare, audit, reconcile, and file multi-state quarterly and annual payroll tax returns; reconcile filings to GL and W-2 totals; manage payments and tax account registrations; respond to and resolve tax notices; maintain tax binders, tracking, and Master Tax/Media Pay data; train team members and support department workflow and special projects.

Serve as the owner’s representative for K-12 construction and renovation projects. Manage personal lines insurance accounts by servicing client requests, processing new business and renewals, preparing proposals, and coordinating with underwriters. Maintain client records in Epic, promote cross-selling and referrals, handle policy changes, and support agency billing. Provide consultative guidance on coverages, meet performance goals, and collaborate with internal teams to retain and grow book of business.

Create 3D part models, design tooling and fixtures, validate first articles, perform tolerance stack-up and GD&T checks, manage ERP/PLM part data, lead project launches, drive manufacturability improvements, support prototyping, testing, and engineering change processes.

Review and format client press releases for grammar, spelling, and consistency under tight deadlines; support clients via phone and email; assist with regulatory filings (SEDAR/EDGAR), account maintenance, and occasional overtime/weekend on-call shifts.

Lead client-facing design strategy, research, and facilitation efforts. Develop human-centered insights, visual frameworks, and strategic storytelling. Guide cross-functional teams, run workshops, mentor staff, and translate research into actionable recommendations that drive organizational alignment and decision-making.
