Work on-site with customers to gather requirements, design and deploy automations on the Kognitos platform, prototype and iterate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and relay product feedback to engineering and product teams. Develop and implement marketing and communications plans for association clients, including content creation, website and email updates, social media management, production coordination, budget and time tracking, and oversight of junior team members. Support campaign analytics and identify industry affiliation opportunities to meet client objectives.

Lead and perform tax support and preparation for individual clients, prepare and file federal/state/local returns, review financial records, identify tax-saving strategies, maintain confidential records, stay current on tax law, communicate with clients, and build and manage a multi-location tax preparation team and internal policies.

Lead day-to-day finance for a high-growth, multi-entity SaaS company. Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, accounting (ASC 606), audits, intercompany accounting, and strategic financial guidance for the CFO, executive team, and board. Build and scale the finance team and optimize processes, controls, and investor reporting.
