Manages the Benefits team, oversees enrollments and employee support, evaluates vendors and brokers, conducts benchmarking and data analysis, manages regulatory risk, and leads organization-wide benefits initiatives. Partners with HR, Finance, and vendors to optimize program effectiveness, employee experience, compliance, and cost management.

Coordinates medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documentation for review and processing. Support month-end close, intercompany billing, freight accruals, audits, documentation, and process improvements while working within Infor ERP.

Resolve payroll system issues, coordinate changes with Human Resources, administer foreign national payroll compliance through FNIS, and oversee stipends, tax reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, retirement contributions, vendor files, audits, and emergency disbursement procedures. Provide training and support to employees and supervisors while assisting with related accounting and procurement processes.

Manage delinquent customer accounts, negotiate repayment plans, resolve issues, identify delinquency causes, document account activity, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while meeting collection performance goals.
