Provide strategic advisory and program management for large-scale FEMA disaster recovery efforts. Drive B2B sales to corporate clients and C-suite for executive health and longevity programs: prospect, present, tailor proposals, close deals, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent HLI at events, and meet revenue targets while collaborating with marketing and clinical teams.

Lead pricing strategy and execution for hardware, software, and services across federal and commercial pursuits. Build pricing models, cost volumes, BOEs, governance, and a scalable pricing team. Ensure FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS compliance and audit readiness, support indirect and forward pricing rates, provide executive pricing trade-offs, and partner with BD, PM, Contracts, and Finance to win competitive, compliant proposals.

Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and data center operations. Provide expert technical support, security incident response, patching, backup/recovery, inventory and access management, and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior staff, and improve onboarding/offboarding and operational processes to ensure infrastructure reliability and security.

Lead and build Hilbert's end-to-end privacy program embedded in product and engineering; ensure compliance with US, UK, and EU privacy laws; negotiate enterprise DPAs and security addenda; advise on privacy-by-design for agentic AI features; manage incident response and customer legal/security engagement.

Support and enforce gaming and IRS Title 31 compliance by developing controls and procedures, conducting audits and investigations, preparing reports (SARs, CTRs, W2Gs), filing taxable gaming proceeds, training staff, and coordinating with Tribal Gaming Office, auditors, and IT for system monitoring and accountability.

Manage all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, HR strategy, compliance, and HR metrics reporting to support business goals.
