The Head of Product Strategy will define and lead Watson's product direction, integrating market research with business goals, leading cross-functional teams, and managing product development efforts.

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and low-voltage projects nationwide. Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, testing/certification, client communication, subcontractor management, and closeout documentation. Mentor junior staff and standardize delivery practices while traveling ~30% for site surveys, inspections, and client sign-off.

Provide administrative and data-entry support to the Development team: record and reconcile gifts, maintain donor database hygiene, draft receipts/thank-yous, assist with prospect research, fundraising analytics, event planning and execution, vendor coordination, and donor stewardship. Support general office tasks and serve as a backup receptionist. Occasional evenings/weekends and event attendance required.

Identify and qualify leads, maintain client relationships, research targeted markets, support outbound initiatives and channel partnerships, collaborate with marketing and sales, track activity in CRM, stay current on industry and competitors, and exceed performance metrics.

Support customer qualification of datacenter SSD products by developing and executing test plans, managing qualification infrastructure, performing failure triage and analysis, reporting status, filing and tracking issues, and coordinating with product support and stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.

Lead and manage digital and print projects end-to-end: set up workflows, allocate resources, build timelines, coordinate across Strategy, Creative, Tech, Account teams, communicate with clients, QC deliverables, mitigate risks, and mentor other project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality campaign delivery.

Lead and scale an SDR organization: hire, coach, and manage SDRs; establish targets, operating cadence, activity standards, and AI-enabled tooling to build predictable pipeline for Mid-market and Enterprise sales.

Lead portfolio analytics and monitoring for small and medium business lending using SQL, SAS, and Python. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, deliver data-driven recommendations to influence credit policy and strategy, and present findings to stakeholders. Manage analytics projects end-to-end while improving reporting processes and supporting risk governance.

Lead Appian implementation teams, design scalable platform architectures, mentor developers, guide Agile/DevSecOps practices, integrate web services and RDBMS, produce best-practice documentation, and support client-facing technical strategy and delivery.

Serve as primary onboarding contact for new customers during the first 90 days: schedule and facilitate virtual meetings, track milestones and handoffs, coordinate cross-functional partners, document status and issues, educate customers on processes, and escalate risks to ensure smooth transition to ongoing customer success.
