Manage assigned commercial and strategic accounts across CA, OR, and NV for LGC Standards. Drive revenue for Reference Materials and Analytical Standards by prospecting, qualifying leads, closing sales, coordinating internal resources, maintaining CRM data, attending events, and meeting sales targets. Build product expertise and customer relationships while supporting strategic account planning and forecasts.

Transform SOC operational data into actionable insights to improve MDR service delivery. Analyze workflows, identify gaps and trends, define performance metrics, validate improvements, integrate AI into analysis, conduct root-cause investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Design production-ready fixtures, nests, test setups, and station hardware for electronics manufacturing. Own designs from requirements through CAD, prototyping, fabrication, iteration, and deployment. Apply datum strategy, tolerance analysis, material selection, and DFM judgment. Partner with solutions architects, customers, and manufacturing partners to ensure robustness, usability, and reliable production performance.

Lead design, training, and deployment of large-scale ML models (LLMs, diffusion, GNNs). Own end-to-end training pipelines, distributed training, and evaluation. Collaborate with data and infra teams, drive architecture and inference decisions, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Lead delivery of complex AlayaCare Cloud implementations for US customers: manage project plans, risks, scope, training, testing, and adoption. Guide configuration, deliver training (on-site and remote), facilitate AlayaCare University enablement, drive user engagement and satisfaction, and support cross-functional handoffs and team upskilling. Travel as required for on-site work.

Support Advisory Board engagement and executive communications by developing materials, tracking integration initiatives, building dashboards, and leading cross-functional projects. Translate complex operational, financial, and technical information into clear briefings, coordinate stakeholders, maintain governance rhythms, and ensure follow-up actions. Drive accountability, manage risks and blockers, and handle sensitive information with discretion to enable executive decision-making and strategic alignment.

Perform day-to-day AP/AR and payroll support: process invoices and receipts, resolve vendor payment issues, manage vendor records, assist collections, process bi-weekly timesheets, maintain employee records and benefits reconciliation, and provide administrative fiscal and HR support.
