The Senior Software Engineer will resolve performance issues, build secure products, write robust Java code, and support customer-centric solutions while interfacing across company domains.

Lead post-sales onboarding and software configuration, monitor customer health and satisfaction, resolve issues, drive renewals/upsells, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate with Account Executives on demos, and provide ongoing support to maximize product value.

Lead product strategy and commercialization for the Melissa & Doug brand: manage innovation from ideation to launch, oversee P&L forecasting and pricing, use consumer insights and KPI analysis to drive assortment and SKU decisions, support cross-functional stage-gate processes, and create sales tools and presentations to grow revenue and market share.

Responsible for acquiring new logo sales through prospecting, consultative selling, and long-term relationship building. Owns sales strategy, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, presentations, and hand-off to delivery teams. Tracks pipeline accuracy, communicates market trends to product teams, represents Geonetric at events, and mentors the sales team.

Manage healthcare customer relationships and commercial activities across a Singapore territory. Build territory plans, engage physicians, pharmacists, clinics, pharmacies, and institutional customers, achieve commercial targets, use CRM and data-driven insights, identify patient-access barriers, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain compliant records and reporting.

Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, supervise and mentor staff, manage multiple engagements and budgets, resolve client accounting and regulatory issues, and support professional development and training initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the Dean of the Faculty Office and Grants Office: manage faculty records, scheduling, meetings, budget operations, reception duties, event coordination, student employee supervision, data entry, and departmental communications.
