What You'll Do 

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities 

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and goals 

  • Demonstrate Paladin's software solutions to prospective customers 

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline 

  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle 

  • Negotiate and close new business 

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking 


What We're Looking For 

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Confidence conducting phone and virtual sales presentations 

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented 

  • Experience using CRM systems 

  • Technology, software, or retail industry experience is a plus
