Responsibilities include building landing zones, governance controls, compliant architectures, and resilient infrastructure; addressing cloud security and infrastructure challenges; supporting audits, incident response, disaster recovery, and continuity initiatives; and providing technical leadership. The role also partners with security, compliance, legal, infrastructure, vendors, and service providers while mentoring engineering teams.

Leads enterprise HRIS/HCM implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, data migration, integration, deployment, training, and post-implementation support. Manages project plans, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication, and client expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams. Provides technical troubleshooting, ensures regulatory and client-specific compliance, improves implementation processes, and develops documentation and training materials.

Develop and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses, ensuring performance, reliability, integrity, and consistency. Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with technical and business teams, document architectures, and improve data infrastructure for scalability. The role requires production-quality Python, AWS experience, strong debugging skills, and approximately four years of fintech or startup experience. It is based in Palo Alto with three days per week in the office.
