The Associate Director will help build and lead a global agriculture finance initiative focused on sustainable, deforestation-free food systems. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives, leading complex projects, negotiating agreements, coordinating with global teams and external partners, and engaging financial institutions, investors, and agribusiness stakeholders. Develops and manages a portfolio of approximately 100 major donors, cultivating relationships, soliciting gifts of $25,000–$250,000, stewarding supporters, and growing fundraising revenue. Responsibilities include donor research, proposals, presentations, engagement strategies, CRM management, performance analysis, and frequent in-person and virtual donor interactions. The role requires 30%–50% overnight travel and supports Haggai International’s Christian mission.

Leads, coaches, and develops a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for retention, renewals, customer health, and revenue growth. Oversees performance management, success playbook adherence, risk mitigation, escalations, forecasting, CRM data integrity, and operational improvements. Partners with leadership and product teams to synthesize customer feedback, improve the customer journey, support complex renewals, and achieve GRR and NRR targets.

Coordinates operational requirements for global and strategic customer accounts. Monitors work orders, purchase orders, invoicing, profitability, maintenance scheduling, customer systems, reports, renewals, quotes, and account processes. Partners across Tax, Finance, IT, Master Data, Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services to improve tax data quality and establish scalable global operating models.

Deliver cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, maturity evaluations, security roadmaps, and implementation guidance for enterprise clients. Assess on-premises, cloud, hybrid, identity, OT, and ICS environments; identify risks and security gaps; produce reports; and present recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders. Support incident response and post-incident improvements, collaborate with engagement managers and specialists, contribute to consulting methodologies, and stay current on threats and security best practices. Travel is approximately 20%.

Lead and build Medmo’s Customer Success function, including playbooks, account health scoring, reporting, QBRs, and sales-to-CS handoffs. Manage executive client relationships, drive retention and expansion, demonstrate ROI through performance data, advocate for customers internally, and oversee onboarding, operational reporting, and strategic business reviews across healthcare accounts.
