Lead and manage the SAP platform strategy and operations across ECC, S/4HANA, BI, and HANA. Oversee BASIS/admin tasks (system copies, client strategy, performance tuning, transports), RISE/S4HANA Cloud Private Edition implementations, HA/DR, backups, monitoring, security/authorizations, and lead distributed/offshore teams.

Manage and grow client relationships for a diverse agency portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives, budgets, and timelines. Own account financials, forecasting, proposals, and client communications while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for growth.

Manage procurement and lifecycle of global market data subscriptions and vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts, identify savings, assess emerging data/AI products for licensing, remediate licensing and compliance risks, and support budgeting and stakeholder coordination to ensure operational continuity.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Lead planning, development, execution, and documentation of verification and validation for complex hardware and integrated systems. Define test strategy, ensure requirements traceability, run system/integration/performance/environmental tests, analyze results, drive root-cause remediation, coordinate corrective actions across teams, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements.

Lead implementation and enforcement of global trade compliance and federal contract compliance programs. Conduct audits, assessments, remediation, training, due diligence for acquisitions, and provide operational guidance on ITAR/EAR, import/export, FAR/DFARS, DCSA/NISPOM, and government audit interactions.

Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Build and own backend features and scalable data pipelines end-to-end. Design distributed systems, APIs, and data access patterns for analytics and search. Ensure reliability, performance, testing, and operational readiness. Collaborate with PMs and engineers, apply experimentation and AI-assisted workflows, and document systems and best practices.
