Lead and grow a team of ~15 client partners to drive retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion across brand and agency accounts. Set segment strategy, build executive client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market and product feedback, implement scalable account planning and forecasting, and coach high-performing teams to deliver consistent, measurable client outcomes.

Manage the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of customers: drive adoption, mitigate renewal risk, coordinate executive reviews, champion AI-enabled workflows, maintain Salesforce and HubSpot records, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions to retain and grow accounts.

Own technical execution of attention measurement for complex client accounts: campaign setup, tag implementation and live-tracker debugging, QA, data exploration in Excel/Looker/SQL, partner integrations, client-facing technical guidance, and cross-functional process automation.

Provide standard and ad hoc client reports, run routine reports and preliminary data analysis, participate in client meetings, shadow Client Relationship Managers, coordinate with internal teams to resolve basic client issues, and learn company services and systematic problem-solving processes to build strong client partnerships.

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers to drive adoption of Cloudinary's image, video and DAM solutions. Manage post-sales lifecycle, monitor usage and health metrics, run business reviews and success plans, support renewals and expansions, escalate and coordinate issue resolution, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Serve as primary technical advisor for premium OCI customers: onboard, troubleshoot infrastructure and networking, manage critical incidents, provide architecture guidance, run proactive health reviews, recommend optimizations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve uptime and retention.

Lead post-sale relationships for enterprise customers: onboard, enable, and drive measurable value to ensure renewal and expansion. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to run CORs, support pre-sales/POCs, and translate business objectives into technical outcomes while advocating customer needs internally.

Deploy, configure, and integrate Nuclearn's AI platform on customer infrastructure (on‑prem/air‑gapped or cloud). Drive adoption through training and troubleshooting, act as technical advisor to plant engineers and IT, surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and own post‑go‑live relationships toward expansion.
