Drive adoption through training and troubleshooting, act as technical advisor to plant engineers and IT, surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and own post‑go‑live relationships toward expansion.

Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for DNC tech products via Zendesk and on-call rotations; deliver virtual and occasional in-person training; maintain product documentation; manage relationships with state party data staff; gather and share user feedback with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Own technical success for enterprise customers across pre‑ and post‑sales: validate architectures, scope solutions, lead onboarding and complex Out‑of‑Band deployments, drive adoption, deliver training, and act as long‑term technical advisor.
