Lead architecture and implement large cross-cutting initiatives on a SaaS grantmaking platform. Produce high-quality full‑stack code (Rails/React/Node), mentor engineers, drive SDLC best practices, and champion AI-assisted development while collaborating with product, infra, and QA teams.
