Leads technical solution architecture for public safety and enterprise deployments. Integrates systems engineering, business, personnel, and program elements; aligns customer requirements with solutions; makes and defends technical decisions; manages change processes; coordinates third-party application implementations; identifies technical risks; and supports project cost and schedule planning.
