Launch and scale Splitero’s wholesale broker channel: prospect and convert brokers, perform due diligence, onboard and train partners, act as primary broker contact, create scalable processes and communication templates, build feedback loops, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate on a broker-facing portal. Generate qualified sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research target accounts, conduct discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
