Greet and assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, match clients to suitable vehicles, build and maintain customer relationships, and follow a proven sales process with management support to meet sales goals.

Handle internet prospects and follow up leads, maintain CRM records, stay current on inventory and vehicle specs, support sales team, and use equity mining tools to drive dealership traffic and conversions.

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to guide vehicle purchases. Maintain inventory awareness, explain equity/depreciation, follow company safety policies, set personal income goals, perform follow-up, and work collaboratively with the team to meet dealership productivity standards.

Support systems engineering and safety for the Automated Driving Kit (ADK) and vehicle integration by developing and maintaining requirements, MBSE models, interfaces, and traceability; integrate functional safety, SOTIF, and cybersecurity considerations; coordinate with suppliers and verification teams; define verification methods and evidence for safe deployment.
